L&T will perform the work according to the contract without separate notification. For additional work orders, faults and urgent matters, please contact us separately , using the online forms or by calling our customer service.
You can reach our customer service on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 010 636 5000 (Call price information) . During on-call hours, the call is routed to the emergency service, which responds to urgent matters 24/7.

Non-urgent work includes general household maintenance, which do not pose a risk to property or people, and are carried out during daytime hours on weekdays. These include, for example, the exchange of nameplates and other interior work of the apartment. Non-urgent work is carried out within the response time specified in the service contract, typically 3-7 working days.

  • Non-urgent work should always be reported online using the service request form. 
  • You can report cancellations, changes and additional information related to a maintenance request using the online form 24/7.
  • Other matters can be reported using the general form. 
  • In the chat, our advice bot Tikkabotti helps you 24/7 and, if necessary, transfers the conversation to customer service to a service advisor on weekdays between 9 and 15. Urgent matters should always be handled with a service advisor in chat or by phone.

Urgent matters that require an immediate attention call to customer service, for example, door openings, sewer blockages and electrical faults.
